Every used cosmetic laser that comes through our doors is subject to careful inspection and rigorous testing to ensure that your used cosmetic laser system meets the same performance specifications as a new machine. Our goal is to provide the best service in the Beauty Laser industry.
OUR GUARANTEE ON USED COSMETIC LASERS
The specific term is expressly stated in writing as 1 year, so Multihealth Beauty guarantees that the Pre-Owned cosmetic lasers sold to our clients will function properly upon delivery for that term.
Our limited warranty will be void if any Pre-Owned cosmetic laser system or component is:
– Installed, modified, or repaired by facilities or technicians who do not have our prior approval.
– Maintained or used in a manner inconsistent with the original manufacturer’s and/or our recommended procedures.
– Damaged due to abuse, negligence, accident, or misuse by the buyer.
– Damage caused by causes beyond our control, for example damage due to movement, power outages, or fire.
WARRANTY SERVICE
To qualify for warranty service, we ask that you do the following within 48 hours of discovering a defective product or part:
– Provide us with a warranty notice regarding which Pre-Owned laser or cosmetic part has failed and describe the circumstances surrounding the failure. Return the item to us for evaluation within 30 days of warranty notification.
– Before returning any product to us, you must obtain a return authorization number. You should return used cosmetic lasers or their components to their original packaging. At our discretion, we may choose to evaluate and/or repair defective items at your place of business.
– After inspecting the product or part, we will determine whether to repair or replace the item or refund a fair portion of the purchase price. We will notify you in writing of this decision.
– Once a repair has been determined, Multihealth Beauty will send the replaced or repaired item (or make it available for pickup) to you or provide a refund.
– Likewise, we will arrange and pay for shipping costs to and from your possession for warranty service to be performed, provided: You have provided warranty notice within the 30 Days stated above.
The benefits of this warranty are in addition to any other rights you may have under any laws covering the item.
Delivery conditions :
Only after full payment is completed, we will arrange delivery directly to your door to door.
The machine order status may show that your item is in stock but the machine is actually made to order and can take between 2 to 3 working days to manufacture, inspect and arrange for delivery, larger machines may take longer depending on the time of purchase.
Once all necessary testing is performed, the device will be shipped to you and arrive within 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
We are committed to delivering machines only after passing all customer safety tests and all health certificates and health standards.
